First of all, we should understand that ultrasonic cleaning machine is composed of ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic transducer is made of piezoelectric ceramic sandwich transducer, piezoelectric ceramic material under the action of alternating electric field will produce mechanical vibration.

Ultrasound transducers often encounter problems such as: damp ultrasonic vibrator, transducer vibrator fire, vibrator degumming, stainless steel vibration surface perforation.


In view of the above questions, how should we prevent and solve them?

(1) When the ultrasonic oscillator is damp, we can check the plug connected with the transducer by megohmeter. By checking the value of insulation resistance, we can judge the basic situation. Generally, the insulation resistance should be more than 5 megohm. If this insulation resistance value is not reached, the general reason is that the transducer is damp, we can put the whole transducer (excluding the spray shell) into the oven set about 100 C drying for 3 hours or use the hair dryer to dehumidify until the resistance value is normal.

(2) Transducer oscillator fire, ceramic material fragmentation, can be used with the naked eye and megohmometer combined inspection, generally as an emergency response measures, can be individual damaged oscillator disconnection, will not affect the normal use of other oscillators.

(3) Oscillator degumming, transducer is generally used by cementing, screw fastening double guarantee process, in general circumstances will not occur in this case.

(4) Stainless steel vibration surface perforation, transducer full load after 10 years may appear after the vibration surface perforation.
